A Plan To Lose Weight

Do you really want to lose your weight? Is it going to boost your self esteem, appeal to the opposite sex, or just improve your health? Whatever the case is you really need to lose weight and you have to have dieting motivation to do it. Without dieting motivation losing weight Is very hard!  Identify what is the motive behind your dieting motivation. Do you have goals that you would like to reach? I would suggest that you make a list of long term goals as well as short term goals. How are you going to go about losing weight and getting in better shape?
