Detoxification Diets

There are many different forms and methods of detoxification diets. Some detoxification programs will only allow you to eat just fresh and raw fruits and vegetables, others will advise you to take in the organic types of food only, some will involve you with drinking fresh fruit and vegetable juice exclusively, and the most restrictive is the one which only allows you drink just water.
