For most individuals finding an effective diet that works most of the time must seem as complicated as nuclear physics. It's not, but there are a bewildering number of choices for diets out there. The process is neither easy nor quick per se, but I never promised you either of those things. The number one reason of diets fail long term is a lack of long term compliance.
